    Making Your Stay Smoother

    For just 460 €, you can add the Comfort Pack to your registration, and the International Academy, together with the COPAIN association, will provide you with welcome services that will make your life easier before and during your summer school.

    COPAIN’s purpose is to offer practical support to Northern France international students; the International Academy is devoted to offering high standard services to international students.

    Included in the Comfort Pack:

    ◘ Pick-up at train station on arrival day in Lille to the hall of residence and campus tour
    ◘ Accommodation on the campus (see information below)
    ◘ Food essentials: you will be provided with dinner for the first evening and breakfast will be delivered to you on your first and last mornings
    ◘ Local transportation pass for the public transport network in the Metropole of Lille (see information below)
    ◘ Access to university facilities (Lilliad library, university restaurant…)
    ◘ Student support (before your arrival and during your stay)

    On Campus Accommodation

    You will be staying at Rɛɛflex, residence hall for international students, on the 370-acre leading scientific campus of the University of Lille located 10 min away by metro from Lille city centre (and 3 min from the popular V2 shopping mall).

    You will be provided with a furnished individual room with private kitchen and bathroom, bedsheets, free wifi and an access to the gym.

    Dates of the stay: Sunday July 2nd – Sunday July 16th

    Transport in Lille

    On your first day in Lille you will be handed an Ilévia travel card (local transportation company), offering unlimited use of the public transport networks in Lille metropolis (underground, bus, tram and train) and covering 650 km². Valid during the whole summer school programme.
